He is talking so much! Still one word at a time, not sentences yet. He loves to say mama and dada. His word for bread is "ben!" Uh-oh is said at least 50 times a day. :) We also read a ton during the day, and we have to hide books (sometimes unsuccessfully) if we're read them over and over!
We have to hide our phones and the iPad at all times, or he'll want "yo-yo" (derived from e-i-e-i-o :) ) He knows how to get to his Wheels on the Bus app and YouTube where we let him watch Baby Einstein sometimes. It's so cute to see his little thumb swipe through the touch screen like he knows exactly what he's doing. He also started doing this thing, a-la Al Bundy, where he has his hand down the front of his pants. Not scratching, just hanging out! We have put him in onesies again, so hopefully it won't last!
We still get a lot of hugs and kisses. He even started pulling up my shirt and kissing my belly when we say "where's your baby brother?" and "give your brother kisses!" I'm pretty sure he's just memorized it and he doesn't really understand he'll have a new baby brother in June, but it's cute all the same!
Colin still attends the First United Methodist Child's Day Out Preschool Program once a week from 9-noon. He loves it and doesn't cry anymore when Zach drops him off! We still try to get to the library and PAT playroom once in a while, and we have our Parents as Teachers visit once a month. I can't wait for the summer so I can be home again! Since it's been nice out, Zach and Colin have been to the park quite a bit. He loves going down the slide on his belly feet first. He has no fear!
